Delivery Window
Delhi NCR often arrives the next business day after dispatch; most other serviceable locations usually arrive in about 3 business days after dispatch.
COD
COD orders may include a ₹250 confirmation or handling charge collected during checkout.
FlexX accepts shipping addresses within India only. Orders to unsupported regions, restricted zones, or locations outside courier service coverage may be cancelled or held for review.
Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Dispatch may take longer during launch periods, high-volume sale windows, courier disruption, inventory verification, or customer detail confirmation.
After dispatch, Delhi NCR orders are often delivered the next business day. Other serviceable locations generally arrive in about 3 business days after dispatch. These timelines are indicative and not guaranteed delivery commitments.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout. Prepaid orders above ₹3,999 may qualify for free shipping where offered at checkout. Any shipping concession shown during checkout applies only to that specific order.
COD orders may require a ₹250 confirmation or handling charge paid during checkout. The remaining order value, where applicable, is payable on delivery. COD availability may depend on pincode, order value, verification, and operational risk review.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are shared through the order tracking flow or the shipment details available for your order. Tracking updates depend on courier scan timing and may not update instantly.
Customers are responsible for entering a correct full name, phone number, pincode, and delivery address. FlexX is not responsible for delays, rerouting, or failed delivery caused by incomplete or inaccurate customer information.
Unexpected delays can occur because of weather, operational restrictions, courier backlog, or unsuccessful delivery attempts. If a shipment is refused, remains undeliverable, or returns to origin due to customer-side issues, FlexX may adjust any refund or re-dispatch after deducting applicable shipping, COD, or handling costs.
