FlexX dispatches within India only, uses a strict post-delivery claim model, and reviews only verified defect, transit damage, or wrong-item cases reported within 48 hours of delivery.

India-only shipping.

Orders usually process within 1 to 3 business days.

Delhi NCR orders may arrive the next business day after dispatch.

Most other serviceable locations usually arrive in about 3 business days after dispatch.

Prepaid orders above ₹3,999 may qualify for free shipping when shown at checkout.

COD orders may include a ₹250 confirmation or handling charge collected during checkout.

Returns Snapshot

No routine returns after delivery.

No returns for size, fit, preference, or change of mind.

Only verified manufacturing defect, transit damage, or wrong-item delivery is reviewed.

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear evidence.

Approved outcomes may include replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on verification and stock.

If There Is A Problem

1. Raise a request through the Customer Care page.

2. Share your full name, email, phone number, order ID, and issue details.

3. Attach unboxing photos or video, parcel label images, and close-up product photos if the issue relates to damage, defect, or wrong item.

4. Wait for the support acknowledgement, which is typically sent within 24 hours.

What FlexX May Offer

Where a claim is verified, FlexX may provide a replacement pair, size exchange, store credit, or refund.

The final remedy depends on actual stock, issue severity, and whether the claim is validated through the evidence submitted.

Claims that show wear, misuse, or insufficient proof may be declined and the delivered order will remain final.
