Purchase Terms For FlexX

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the FlexX website and any purchase made from FlexX, operated by BHARAT SHOES. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Business Identity
FlexX is operated by BHARAT SHOES, 1714, Gurudwara Road, Kotla Mubarakpur, New Delhi - 110003, India. Unless stated otherwise, all orders are intended for delivery within India only.
2. Eligibility & Use Of Site
You agree to use the website lawfully, provide accurate order details, and not misuse the site, pricing, inventory, or promotional content. FlexX may refuse service, cancel suspicious transactions, or limit quantities where necessary.
3. Product Information
We aim to display product images, sizes, descriptions, and prices as accurately as possible. Minor differences in colour, finish, packaging, or label presentation may occur because of device screens, batch changes, or brand updates.
4. Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Product availability, launch timing, offers, and pricing may change without notice. An order is not final until it is accepted, stock is allocated, and applicable payment checks are completed.
5. Order Acceptance
FlexX may cancel, limit, or refuse any order if stock is unavailable, information is inaccurate, payment is not confirmed, the delivery address is unsupported, or the order appears high-risk or abusive. If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch for these reasons, the recoverable paid amount will be reversed through the original payment mode.
6. Cash On Delivery
Cash on Delivery orders may require a ₹250 confirmation or handling charge collected during checkout. The remaining order amount, where applicable, is payable on delivery. If a COD order is cancelled after confirmation, refused, or becomes undeliverable after dispatch, FlexX may retain the COD confirmation or handling charge to offset logistics and failed-delivery costs.
7. Shipping & Delivery
FlexX dispatches within India only. Dispatch timelines usually range from 1 to 3 business days, with delivery timelines depending on the pincode, courier network, weather, public holidays, and operational demand. Delhi NCR orders may arrive faster than other regions, but all delivery timelines remain estimates.
8. Strict Post-Delivery Policy
Orders are not returnable after delivery for size, fit, comfort preference, style preference, or change-of-mind reasons. Post-delivery review is available only where you report a verified manufacturing defect, transit damage, or wrong-item delivery within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear evidence.
9. Claim Evidence & Remedies
For any eligible claim, FlexX may request unboxing photos or video, parcel label images, invoice or order details, and close-up product images. After verification, FlexX may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund at its discretion depending on stock availability and the issue verified. Approval is not automatic, and claims showing wear, misuse, or insufficient proof may be declined.
10. Cancellations
Cancellation requests are considered only before dispatch. Once an order is packed or handed to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible. Limited launches, special drops, and custom or special-order items may be non-cancellable once confirmed.
11. Intellectual Property
All text, logos, layouts, graphics, photography, and brand presentation on FlexX are owned by or licensed to FlexX or the relevant rights holders. You may not reproduce or commercially use this material without written permission.
12. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlexX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from website use, delayed delivery, third-party courier disruptions, or customer-provided address errors. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection law.
