Core Customer Rules

All products are sold for delivery within India only and all prices are shown in INR.

Prepaid orders above ₹3,999 may qualify for free shipping as shown at checkout.

Cash on Delivery orders carry a ₹250 confirmation or handling charge collected during checkout, with the remaining amount payable on delivery where applicable.

After delivery, orders are not returnable for fit, preference, or change-of-mind reasons.

Post-delivery review is limited to verified manufacturing defect, transit damage, or wrong-item delivery reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear evidence.

Refund or exchange decisions are made only after verification and inventory availability review.

How Support Works

Use the Customer Care page to send your request with your name, email, phone number, order ID, issue category, and details.

For post-delivery claims, attach unboxing photos or video, parcel label images, and product close-ups showing the issue.

FlexX will acknowledge support requests within 24 hours, then review the case based on the evidence shared and the product condition.

If a claim is approved, FlexX may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund at its discretion depending on stock position and the issue verified.

If a claim is rejected because the product shows wear, misuse, size trial damage, or insufficient evidence, the delivered order will remain final.
