FlexX Retail is the online store of BHARAT SHOES, a footwear business in Kotla Mubarakpur, New Delhi. We sell ASICS, adidas and Skechers: cricket spikes and rubbers, running shoes, tennis, badminton and padel shoes, football boots, adidas Originals and Skechers comfort styles. Every pair ships from our own stock in Delhi NCR.
Genuine pairs only
Every shoe is sourced through authorised distribution channels and ships new, in its original box with its tags. We are an independent retailer: not an official ASICS, adidas or Skechers store, and not run by those brands.

BHARAT SHOES, 1714, Gurudwara Road, Kotla Mubarakpur, New Delhi 110003. The same name and address appear on every page of this site, and a Grievance Officer answers complaints as Indian e-commerce rules require.
Payments through Razorpay
You pay on Razorpay’s own checkout, by UPI, card or netbanking. We never see your card number, UPI PIN or bank login, and we will never ask you for an OTP.
Sizes, stated plainly
Every size is UK, with a size guide per brand. Unsure? Send us the shoe and your usual size on WhatsApp before you order. If it still does not fit, you get one size exchange.
What we promise, and what we don’t
- The price you see is the price you pay. Shipping, and the ₹250 fee if you choose Cash on Delivery, are shown in the order summary before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.
- One size exchange per order, asked for within 7 days of delivery and accepted once we approve it. The new size ships after your original pair reaches us unworn, in its box.
- Damaged, defective or wrong item? Send photos within 48 hours of delivery and we replace it free. That does not use up your exchange.
- No refunds. We say this before you pay, on every product, in the bag and at checkout, so nobody finds out afterwards.
- No invented reviews. You will not see star ratings here until real customers have left them. We would rather show nothing than show something made up.
